Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details, where available.

2. Delivery Time

Orders within India are generally delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

• Product availability.
• Weather conditions.
• Public holidays.
• Remote or difficult-to-reach locations.
• Unforeseen circumstances.

The estimated delivery date provided at checkout or after dispatch is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.

From time to time, Organic Chics may offer free shipping promotions or free shipping above a specified order value. Such offers will be subject to the terms displayed during the promotion.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we may provide tracking information through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.

You can use the tracking information to check the status of your shipment.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner.

5. Delivery Address

Please make sure that your shipping address, phone number, and other delivery information are accurate before placing your order.

Organic Chics may not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

• Incorrect address.
• Incomplete address.
• Incorrect phone number.
• Unavailability of the recipient.
• Failure to respond to the courier's delivery attempts.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

While we work with our delivery partners to ensure timely delivery, some delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control.

• Courier operational issues.

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery period, please contact our customer support team.

7. Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please take photographs or a video of the package before opening it, if possible.

Contact us as soon as possible with:

• Order number.
• Photos/videos of the package.
• Photos/videos of the product.
• Description of the issue.

Our team will review the matter and assist you with the appropriate resolution.

8. Incorrect or Missing Products

If you receive an incorrect product or any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs/videos of the package and received products so that we can investigate and assist you.

9. Undelivered or Returned Shipments

If a courier partner is unable to deliver your order and the package is returned to Organic Chics, we may contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery depending on the reason for the failed delivery.

10. International Shipping

Currently, Organic Chics primarily ships orders within India.

If international shipping is offered in the future, applicable shipping charges, delivery timelines, customs duties, taxes, and other charges will be communicated separately.
